Each of the nine cells on one3x3 board is sampled independently and uniformly from0,1,2,3. Add the maximum value in each row, then subtract the largest assignment total among all six choices of exactly one cell per row and per column. The program computes all six assignments automatically. Players do not select cells. One whole captured stake prices the whole board.

Row maxima may reuse the same column; an assignment must use three distinct columns. The best assignment total cannot exceed the sum of row maxima. Compatible maxima yield raw score0. This is a difference of two totals, not nine boards, separate row payouts or a player optimization task.

If every row is[3,0,0], row maxima total9 but the best distinct-column assignment totals3, giving score6. A board with diagonal cells3 and all other cells0 has both totals9 and scores0. There is no cell selection, reroll or early cashout.

Scores0 through6 occur134824,88965,32244,5451,597,60,3 times respectively. There are127320 positive outcomes and134824 zeros. Mode changes preserve positive frequency. Positive gross credit can be smaller than stake.

For p=1,2,3, gross multiplier=0.96*rawScore^p/mean(rawScore^p). Exact means are0.6580810546875,1.06109619140625,2.0616531372070312. Each mode has96% expected unrounded gross credit, not winning frequency, net profit or a final-wallet guarantee. Zero remains zero. Powers are not multiplication by2 or3. Choose the mode before drawing.

Whole stake and mode are captured before drawing, with one upfront debit. Settlement lasts480ms. Settings and refill lock during settlement and an active auto queue. Auto schedules at most10 rounds with sufficient balance. Stop cancels future rounds while the current round settles. No early cashout or manual assignment choice exists.

A new browser wallet starts at 1000 virtual coins. Settled integer balance and fractional payout carry are saved in localStorage. A gross credit is added to any saved fraction; the integer part is credited and the remaining fraction is carried forward. These coins have no cash value, deposits, withdrawals or prizes. Storage belongs to this browser and origin, not to an account or an external payment balance.

Only when all balls and the queue are empty and balance is below10 can manual refill set balance to1000 while preserving fractional carry. It does not add1000, refill automatically or reset at any time. A saved zero remains zero after reload, with refill visible once idle.

Settled balance, already debited stake and fractional carry persist in localStorage. Reload does not resume unfinished balls, refund their stakes or pay pending credit. Keep active balls open until settlement. Clearing ordinary cache alone may leave localStorage; removing local data cannot recover progress or erase data already processed elsewhere.

The game needs no login or personal-data form. That does not mean no personal data is processed. Pages request Google Fonts and a Statinside counter; hosting, CDN and third-party requests may expose IP addresses, device information, URLs and request times. Exact retention periods, cookie lifetimes, linking practices and anonymity have not been independently established here. We make no promise that technical data cannot identify or be linked to a person.
